Saturday 28th March - walks *** – Around Felixstowe – sunny morning before the showers arrived, breezy.

I headed down to the seafront just after sunrise arriving at the pier just after 6 with not a cloud in the sky and the sea flat calm, there were already two other photgraphers snapping away! Mag then joined me and for a change we walked towards The Manor end turning just past the big wheel. It was then home to send a few pics to the TV weather and read a couple of chapters of my book. After breakfast I did my exercises while Mag spent ages in the garden with all her plants coming on really well! It was breezy enough to windsurf for sure but the wind was NW, I probably could have given Levington a try but just could not find the enthusuim especially with my thumbs playing up!
I then made yummy cheese and tomato on toast for lunch as the showers started to arrive with some really big clouds , after taking the ski gear out of the top box Mag and I had another walk down to the seafront, this time walking to The Fludyers and up to Tesco’s to buy loads of cake then home for a hot cross bun!
